You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download. The Download button may sometimes disappear if you refresh the web page while looking at a folder. To work around this, you can go up one level in the folder directory and come back, or close that tab in your browser and navigate to the folder again.

Browse to the OneDrive site which you would like to download files from. This will start the sync process from OneDrive to your local disk. This starts downloading everything from the OneDrive instead of just establishing the sync link.

You can download individual files from the OneDrive website by clicking them and then selecting Download from the menu bar that appears at the top of the file window.

Any files or folders you download from OneDrive will be available in your computer's Downloads folder or whatever location your web browser stores downloaded files.
